Do I need a doctor's referral?

No referral needed. Physiotherapy is considered a primary care service, so you can get started anytime.

Do you offer direct billing?

Yes we do! We offer the majority of the main insurance companies through telus health, blue gross, green shield, etc. If, by some chance we done, we will get on it!

How long of an appointment should I book?

If it is your first visit, or a new injury that has not yet been assessed, please book a “New Assessment” and complete a new injury intake to ensure we have time to give you injury its full attention. After that, it is up to you and your physiotherapist to determine the amount of time necessary for follow up appointments. We offer both 30 and a discounted 60- minute follow ups based on your needs at the time. If you’re unsure, please reach out and we can assist you in booking the most appropriate visit for you!

Do you accept WCB or AHS claims?

Sadly, we do not accept claims under AHS contracts. We are happy to refer you to other clinics in the area if you need assistance finding a clinic that will accept these claims. We are in the process of accepting WCB claims but are unable to take them at this time – we appreciated your patience!

What should I expect during my visit?

During your first appointment, we will focus on figuring out the issues of your problem, diagnosing your injury, and teaching you about your injury and what you need to do to get better. In most cases, we will also provide treatment during your first visit.

During follow- up appointments, we will reassess your progress and continue in providing you the most optimal treatment to ensure you are given the best possible change of getting better!
